Acupuncture for Muscular Skeletal Problems & Injuries

As a specialist in the area of muscular skeletal injuries and pain, I take a unique approach in your session, using meridian wave techniques.

Your session can include: medical massage, cupping, Gua Sha, magnet therapy, electrotherapy, and rapid release vibration tools.

Sessions end with a specially selected tincture, ear seeds, and home-care advice for pain management.

Acupuncture for General Health & Well Being

To get to the root cause of the problem, I undertake a full body assessment.

I love to mix different techniques into one session, providing a multifaceted approach, so your session can include: acupressure massage, reflexology points, and - my favourite secret weapon - essential oil blends.

After your treatment, advice will be provided on dietary and lifestyle changes, enabling you to make the most of your session and achieve long term health.

Acupuncture and Face Treatments

Whether you’re seeking treatment for a specific problem/condition, have areas you would like to firm, or if you just want that perfect glow, I’ve got you covered.

Using advanced techniques, including the award winning Dermalux light therapy, plus a cocktail of divine skin products, I can create the perfect session for you; safe in the knowledge that I have 20 years experience in treating skin.

Acupuncture Holistic Skin Treatments

After a thorough consultation to discuss your areas of concern, treatment begins with an individually chosen skincare to clean and prepare your skin.

Next, we insert tiny needles in specifically chosen points. These points will focus on bringing fresh blood, oxygen, and nutrients to the skin, encouraging collagen and elastin production. Other points will work on firming and toning specific muscles. These body acupuncture points will be placed based on your overall health, and will completely relax and rebalance you.

Once all the needles are in, you can truly relax under the Dermalux LED Therapy, whilst I work on reflex points on your feet, using a specially chosen essential oil blend.

When the needles are removed, active face oils are applied and cupping therapy is performed, to boost circulation and remove any build up of fluids.

Your treatment will then finish with a cocktail of serums specially chosen for your concerns.

This therapy is the ultimate in relaxation, rebalance, and restoration of natural glow to your skin.

Microneedling uses a skin needling roller to stimulate the body’s own production of natural collagen. During the treatment, the roller - a small hand held device consisting of 200 micro-needles - is gently rolled of the skin, creating tiny holes. These micro traumas activate the skins natural healing process and collagen, with elastin being produced as a result. The results can be seen after 6 weeks of treatments, with each treatment given 2 weeks apart. Our packages usually consist of 6 treatments, with a home roller for ongoing maintenance.

Tui Na - Chinese Medical Massage

The Chinese Medical Massage begins with a consultation to discuss your condition or injury. The massage is usually performed over clothing, with a white sheet covering you. It can be performed as part of your Acupuncture treatment or as a stand alone treatment.

Cupping Therapy & Gua Sha

Cupping Therapy begins with the application of a herbal infusion chosen for your particular condition. The suction cups are then applied and used to massage the area. Cupping can be used on most areas of the body. During your treatment, the skin can become red and mark, these marks do not hurt and usually clear within a couple of days.

Gua Sha

Gua sha is a healing technique of traditional East Asian medicine. Sometimes called ‘coining, spooning or scraping’, Gua sha is defined as instrument-assisted unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to intentionally create transitory therapeutic petechiae called ‘sha’ representing extravasation of blood in the subcutis.
Modern research shows Gua sha produces an anti-inflammatory and immune protective effect that persists for days following a single Gua sha treatment. This accounts for its effect on pain, stiffness.

Moxa is a herb that is used for its intense heating properties, the herb is burnt over an area or acupuncture point to produce a therapeutic warming. This therapy is used in combination to Acupuncture and cupping.

Cosmetic Facial Rejuvenation
